National Gem & Mineral Show, Bathurst 2011

Scott and Bruce have returned from the National Gem Show, Bathurst (4 days) where they displayed our merchandise and showed the new Promotional Video about Zebra Rock Gallery. The show was held over the Easter weekend and drew a good crowd. The drive down from Kununurra via Katherine, Alice Springs, Cooberpedee, Pt Augusta, Broken Hill and Orange took 5 days. The return return via Bourke, Charleville and Mt Isa took 6 days (one day longer because of cattle droving and narrower, slower roads in NSW and QLD than in NT).We sold zebra rock items to interested customers en-route as well as at the Show and purchased a Dremmel tool so that our artists can more easily engrave their names on their  sculptures. A most worthwhile and fun time was had by all.  The Show is in  Bundaberg, QLD in 2012 and we are planning on going. In between we may attend the big Gem Show in Arizona, USA, in January 2012. Watch this spot.
