Nkandu's Cultural Night at Zebra Rock Gallery

Nkandu Beltz, journalist, held Nkandu's Cultural Night in October 2011.On Sunday evening, 25 September, from 5:00pm, Nkandu Beltz, Freelance Journalist/Newswriter, Kununurra, is holding the next in her series of Cultural Nights at Zebra Rock Gallery.

You are encouraged to bring a plate of food to share representing your own culture.

BBQ facilites will be available so bring your own kebabs or hamburgers.

We will be fundraising throughout the evening, whilst sharing our meals and culture with each other. We are calling upon local businesses to help us with this cause by donating whatever they can to auction or raffle during the evening.

All funds raised will be donated to Save the Children – who are heavily involved, in the field, in providing emergency relief to the children of East Africa who are currently facing severe hardship and starvation due a prolonged drought. BY POPULAR DEMAND Brian Chapman is returning to ZEBRA ROCK GALLERY in 2010 to give another recital of popular classics

We hold musical events in aid of Rotary projects and also hold concerts. The grand piano (Yamaha C7) can be wheeled outside onto a performance deck or normally resides in the air-conditioned Gallery.

Join us for an evening of piano classics played for your enjoyment by noted recitalist and ABC recording artist, Brian Chapman on the Grand Piano.

This is a Community Fund Raiser for Rotary Kununurra youth projects.
Brian Chapman has been our pianist for solo recitals to raise funds for Rotary youth activities in Kununurra. He is a recording artist and has a number of excellent CDs of classical music by Beethoven, Brahms, Schumann and Mozart  available for sale in the Gallery.
